Our Promise to You
The privacy of everyone who participates in this petition is
very important to us. We have ourselves been plagued with junk
email, and feel that it is an abuse of the power the Internet
provides. We respect everyone's wish not to be bothered, and
maintain a policy of very limited correspondence with you.
Specifically, we make the following promises, and take them very
seriously:
- We will not sell or give away ANY information about you
to ANY other individual, company, group, or agency,
except to use your name as part of the petition presented
to the court.
- You will never receive any junk email, phone calls, or
other contact as a result of this participation.
- We may send you a very small number of email messages
alerting you of the status of our case, with your
permission. If you do not wish to receive any email at
all from us, just tell us so.
- Our present plan is to destroy all data after the case is
over. If we decide to keep a list for any reason (such as
litigating further issues), we will ask your permission
to maintain your information.
